The information you have provided will be used to create club registers. This will include child's name, year group/class, and any medical/allergy conditions the coach should be aware off.

Also we will have a note of any parental consent to walk home alone. Additionally, we will have your contact informatiom in the event of an emergency so our coaches can contact you.

​This information will be held for the club duration (normally 2 terms) or when your child leaves.

Email may be used for communication, to contact you of any changes or new clubs.
